To get in contact with IUPAK, you can always email our chairman at nvk-ordf@utn.se. They will answer general questions and can also direct you towards the right person if someone else is better suited to answer.
Here is also a short run-through of some positions in IUPAK that have certain responsibilities. Feel free to write to their email addresses if you have questions related to these areas.
- Chairman (nvk-ordf@utn.se) – Will answer questions about most things related to the organization, for example about membership, mailing lists, and applying for positions in IUPAK.
- Treasurer (nvk-kassor@utn.se) – Takes care about the economy, so can for example be contacted if you are going to make an economical transaction with or on behalf of IUPAK and have questions about it.
- Officer of labour market affairs (nvk-foretag@utn.se) – Works towards a good connection between the members of the organization and the labour market.
- Officer of international affairs (nvk-int@utn.se) – Can be contacted about issues that relate to being an international student in Sweden, or being a Swedish student wanting to study abroad.
- Officer of student welfare affairs (nvk-soc@utn.se) – Is the student representative when it comes to student welfare, i.e. the physical and social factors of the student work environment.
- Vice-chairman, also with educational responsibility (nvk-vice@utn.se). – Can be contacted about matters that concerns the quality of the education on the programmes that IUPAK has a study-monitoring responsibility for.
- First caretaker of camels (nvk-klubb@utn.se) – Head of the Oasis, our event organizing group and will as such answer questions about the events organized by the Oasis. Also, feel free to contact if you have suggestions concerning activities.
- Information officer (nvk-info@utn.se) – Runs this site. We would love to have more things on the site, so don’t hesitate to send content, or suggestions about what can be posted here. Of course, also send an e-mail if anything on this site seems wrong or if you think that some published content should be removed.
