To get in touch with IUPAK, you can always email our Chairman at kem-ordf@utn.se. The Chairman answers general questions and can also direct you to the right person if someone else is better suited to answer.
Here is also a brief presentation of some positions within IUPAK that have specific areas of responsibility. Please feel free to contact them via their email addresses if you have questions regarding their respective areas.
- Chairman (kem-ordf@utn.se) – Answers questions about most things related to the organization, such as membership, mailing lists, and applications for positions within IUPAK.
- Vice Chairman, also responsible for education (kem-vice@utn.se) – Is responsible for the student representation committee Karavanen and can be contacted with questions regarding the quality of education on the programmes where IUPAK is responsible for educational representation.
- Information Officer (kem-info@utn.se) – Is responsible for this website. We would love to have more content on the site, so please feel free to send us material or suggestions for what could be published here. You are of course also welcome to get in touch if something on the website appears to be incorrect or if you think published content should be removed.
- Officer of International Affairs (kem-int@utn.se) – Can be contacted with questions about being an international student in Sweden or being a Swedish student who wants to study abroad.
- Locale Officer (kem-lokal@utn.se) – Is responsible for our section room, The fumehood, which is located in house 18. You can contact them if you would like the code to The fumehood or have questions about the section room.
- Treasurer (kem-kassor@utn.se) – Is responsible for the organization’s finances and can, for example, be contacted if you need to make a financial transaction with or on behalf of IUPAK and have questions about it.
- Officer of Labour Maket Affairs (kem-foretag@utn.se) – Works to create and maintain good connections between the organization’s members and the job market.
- Student Welfare Officer (kem-soc@utn.se) – Is the student representative for matters concerning students’ well-being, meaning the physical and social factors of students’ study environment.
- Event Officer (kem-klubb@utn.se) – Head of Oasen, our group that organizes events, and therefore answers questions about events organized by Oasen. You are also very welcome to get in touch with suggestions for activities.
